If you look in the phone book,there are tons of attorneys with full page ads that specifically say….Not certified by the Texas Bar of Legal…..which means they may or may not have a degree, but for sure arent board certified. I have found on the net that there are 7 states that dont require a law degree. Is texas one of them?
