You NEED to get a lawyer involved!!! Once i got a lawyer involved suddenly the offer went way up and he told me alot of things I didn’t know!!!! He worked on nothing down but got 33 % at the end -he couldn’t take a % of medical expenses. Example-they offered me $10,000 without a lawyer—I got $60,000 and expenses in the end.
